  One of the amazing things about supporting programs in Guatemala is how far your money goes:  
 

For about $25, we can pay the monthly tuition for one of our youngsters at a very good quality, private school.
(A public school education in Guatemala does not prepare students for the job market or for higher education.)

For $60, we can feed one of the program's residents for one month.

For $100, we can give a young man a job in our carpentry shop. (The $100 pays for his salary and supplies.)
